Shooting exclusively on an iPhone 12, embracing AI narration, and performing thorough competitor metrics left little margin for error while aiming to capture Uniqlo’s distinct creative ethos.

The primary objective was twofold: first, to craft engaging Instagram Reels and TikTok concepts that felt authentically on-brand; second, to conduct a thorough examination of Uniqlo’s social presence—gathering data, benchmarking competitors like Zara and Gap, and ultimately providing actionable recommendations for future marketing endeavors.

Within one week, the project delivered an energetic social-first campaign and a formal brand report. The content harnessed fast-paced visuals, AI-driven voiceovers, and fresh on-the-ground footage in New York City, while the data-driven insights offered Uniqlo a clearer roadmap for elevating its social media strategy.
